On a little break

I will be taking a little break from my blog, going on vacation.  When I return I will be posting pictures of a couple of minis that I all ready completed, they are both for teens, one is for a boy and the other is for a girl.

Anniversary Mini Scrapbook

A friend asked if I could make a 10-year anniversary scrapbook for his wife (how sweet it that!!! and how can I say no!?!).  This was so much fun to make, even though I only had a few days, which means I worked on it late at night and very early in the morning, but it was all worth it because she loved it.

So loving this K&Co. paper collection, it has fun colors and prints.  But I always get torn between the double-sided paper, don't like to glue down pretty paper, unless I am using as tags.  Even though it is an 8x8 "mini" it has a ton of space for many many photos and/or journaling.

May Card Swap

Here is the card I made for the May Card Swap hosted by Bona at Keep On Scrappin.  This was a lot of fun, I used the Tim Holtz Caged Bird die and can't wait to get the cards the others in my group made.
